Position Overview

As a Technology Manager II, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service delivery at assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong team development, client engagement, and business management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans and annual budgets for assigned account(s).
  • Lead and manage the technical service delivery team, ensuring all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the client to set and achieve financial goals.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and HR reports to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with all client contracts and internal policies.
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Partner with the Regional General Manager and Sales team on contract renewals and service expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and foster leadership development within the team and maintain a succession plan.
  • Assist with recruitment and staffing needs to support account success.
  • Follow the InterMed Technology Manager Checklist to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal support departments to streamline service delivery.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
