About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Technology Leader to spearhead our IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our enterprise-wide IT vision while leading impactful FinTech projects to enhance the performance and reliability of our multi-platform systems. Your strategic mindset and extensive experience in financial services IT are essential as you navigate innovative solutions in a compliance-heavy environment.
You will prioritize user experience and data security, establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs), and mentor a high-performing, distributed team of IT professionals. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in financial services IT, particularly with a strong emphasis on SaaS and cloud platforms. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with proficiency in platforms such as Azure, SQL, and FinTech-specific tools.
