Summary
CTC Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst for a contingent role to leverage their expertise in Apptio's platform to support financial management, IT operations, and strategic decision-making for mission-critical initiatives. Responsibilities Implement and manage the Apptio TBM platform to drive cost transparency, financial analysis, and optimization of IT resources.
Configure and maintain Apptio models, dashboards, and reporting tools to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
Perform data integration, cleansing, and validation to ensure accurate reporting.
Train and support team members and end-users on effective use of the Apptio platform.
Conduct regular reviews of financial and operational data, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with agency-specific regulations and security policies in all activities.
Requirements Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline. Years of experience may be accepted, in lieu of a degree. Apptio Certification (e.g., TBM Executive, Apptio Analyst, or related certification) required.
Proven experience working with Apptio TBM Suite, including implementation, configuration, and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with IT financial management, budgeting, and cost allocation principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a secure, high-pressure environment.
Experience supporting federal or Intelligence Community clients.
Knowledge of cloud cost management, IT service management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
