Location: New York (On-site)
Hours: Part-Time (at least 20 hours per week)
Salary: $37.06 - $63.96 per hour

Overview Of the Role:
The Technology Associate is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable IT professional to gain hands-on experience in a mission-driven legal services organization. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality IT support services. The associate will work closely our outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role is essential in supporting OAD's technology infrastructure by ensuring staff have the resources they need to effectively fulfill the organization's mission.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for technical support, providing professional and responsive customer service;
- Utilize the helpdesk ticketing system to document, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues;
- Assist with hardware and software rollouts and support technology upgrades;
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, cloud service, and end user issues;
- Work within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS, and Ethernet;
- Assist in managing Active Directory and Office 365/Exchange accounts;
- Help maintain internal IT documentation, including processes and procedures;
- Escalate complex technical issues to the outsourced MSP;
- Collaborate with the outsourced MSP to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and smooth implementation of IT initiatives;
- Intake and maintain digital files associated with OAD work secured from third parties
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in a professional environment.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop OS and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with technical and non-technical users;
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality IT support;
- Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to non-technical users;
- Experience working with end-users to identify and resolve IT issues;
- Capability to lift and set up hardware as needed;
- Experience with website design and maintenance a plus.
