Responsibility Summary The Technology Analyst is responsible for providing technical expertise regarding the case management system and acting as a liaison between ChicagoCAC end-users and Bonterra (vendor). The individual will be tasked with eliciting, implementing and communicating any and all changes pertaining to data and work systems of the organization. The ideal candidate will be deeply analytical, detail-oriented and capable of thinking independently. The Technology Analyst will work closely with varying internal and external stakeholders to ensure all systems are working to maximize organizational efficiency and impact.

Primary Responsibilities: - Partner closely with case management system end-users to understand their service objectives and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations.
- Expand the organization's ability to acquire, analyze and gain actionable insight from data that promotes ChicagoCAC's strategies and mission.
- Design, develop and analyze the results of complex data queries necessary to identify data quality issues and present results in an easy-to-understand format to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain, prioritize and report on data requests.
- Perform data cleansing, data uploads and data exports.
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain case management system training materials.
- Develop and facilitate end-user training.
- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity working to ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, efficient and effective.
- Explore data anomalies, trends and patterns that can provide predictive value to the organization.
- Maintain current knowledge of Child Advocacy Center (CAC) trends and standards in data collection and advise stakeholders on associated opportunities.
- Proactively resolve and/or escalate project issues.
- Participate in designated program and organization-related meetings on a quarterly basis.
- Aid in management of the relationship with technology vendors i.e. Bonterra, WSI Technologies, etc. to ensure superior service delivery to ChicagoCAC end-users.
- Monitor and report on Service level Agreements (SLAs) agreed upon for support of the case management system.
- Assist with oversight over new software and technology projects around ChicagoCAC.
- Act as liaison over relationship with IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), which includes weekly and monthly meetings to ensure smooth service delivery.
Discretion The Technology Analyst has a mid-level range of discretion and independent decision-making.
Supervisory Responsibilities The Technology Analyst does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Relationships The Technology Analyst works closely with the CFOO, CEO, Chief Program Officer of Advocacy and Investigative Services, Chief Program Officer of Clinical Services, Quality Improvement Specialist, grant staff, and other staff as required.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Data Science related field.
- Specialized training or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience translating business and technical requirements
- Experience working with ETO, Collaborate or other hosted case management system preferred
- SQL (Structured Query Language) and database administration preferred
- Experience working in agency or non-profit organizations preferred

Based on funding and internal equity, the starting salary for this position may fall between the minimum and midpoint of the listed range.
