Title: Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle GTM/OTM
Location: Hybrid
Duration: 6-12 months (Extension likely based on project needs)
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Join a strategic team driving the successful delivery of Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) and Transportation Management (OTM) solutions. You will lead full-cycle GTM implementations, drive solution design, and play a key role in on-premise to cloud migration initiatives.
Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle GTM implementations (minimum 3 full-cycle projects as Functional or Solution Lead).
Conduct feasibility analysis and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for GTM functionalities.
Identify functional gaps and collaborate with Oracle/client teams to derive optimal technical and functional solutions.
Prepare configuration documentation and assist in GTM solution development, testing, and deployment planning.
Design workarounds for functional limitations and maintain detailed design/use-case/test documentation.
Provide ongoing support for Oracle GTM Cloud quarterly updates and assist in cloud migration projects.
Ensure solution alignment with global trade compliance and Oracle OTM functionalities.
Support technical documentation and participate in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
Scheduled Hours: Monday-Friday
YOU: (Required Skills)
5-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM implementations.
Strong blend of functional and technical skills as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
Expertise in GTM configurations, compliance rules, and master data management.
Experience with both on-premise and Oracle GTM Cloud environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience contributing to or leading solution design and documentation processes.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
Oracle GTM Cloud Certification.
Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionalities.
Experience integrating Oracle GTM with other Oracle SCM or ERP Cloud modules.
Hands-on experience in cloud migration strategies and execution.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
