Dynamics 365 Configuration
  1. Design and implement Business Units and Security Roles
  2. Configure Users and Teams
  3. Create and configure custom entities
  4. Design, create and configure relationships between entities
  5. Generate OOB Report and SSRS Reports
  6. Generate Reports using Power BI
  7. Create and configure Views, Charts, Forms, Dashboards for both system and custom entities
  8. Create and implement custom workflows, plugins, actions
  9. Implement Field Security and Access Team Templates
  10. Create and Manage Power Automate
  11. Create apps by using Power Apps
Dynamics 365 Customization
  1. Understand the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK
  2. Understand Concept of Publishers
  3. Entity and Data Modelling
  4. Configure Business Rules, Workflows
  5. Develop Plugins, Custom Activities
  6. Working with CRM APIs, integration to third party Web Services / APIs
  7. Experience with C , OData, Ajax, WCF, Azure, Blob Storage
  8. OOB Report and SSRS Reports (FETCHXML & SQL)
  9. Generate Reports using Power BI
  10. Experience with Power Automate (MS Flow) & Build Apps using Power Apps
  11. Design, create and configure Solutions
  12. Solution Management (Unmanaged, Managed and Patches)
  13. Use form scripting methods
  14. Design and develop modifications or extensions to standard Dynamics 365
  15. Ideal to have exposure to Field Service App and CRM Portals
  16. Design and develop web applications on top of Dynamics 365
  17. Provide technical input in creating specifications when customizations or extensions to Dynamics 365 are needed (Solutions)

  1. Thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales & Manage Core sales entities
  2. Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Field Service & related processes.
  3. Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service & related processes.
  4. Good understanding of Power Platform.
  5. Understanding of Power Virtual Agents.
  6. Understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Sales Insights and Customer Service Insights.
  7. Knowledge in Integrating Dynamics 365/Power Apps with other apps and services.
  8. Support data mapping and master data import (standard CRM API)
Dynamics 365 Technical advisory
  1. Support the migration of customer data sources (migration and integration)
  2. Provide support and expertise on development technologies and environments
  3. Provide work estimates that allow prioritization and assignments to be made
Dynamics 365/Power Apps Certifications

Preferable to have the latest Dynamics 365/Power Apps Certification in:

  1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect
  2. Microsoft Power Platform Developer
  3. Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant

  1. Involved in defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture.
  2. Should have very good technical problem-solving skills.
  3. Should be able to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.
  4. Clear communication and articulation ability
  5. Ability to learn quickly and to operate in a fluid, fast-paced environment

Gather and understand client functional requirements

Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Able to document and prepare Functional Requirement Document/SOW.

Able to coordinate and work closely with developers to implement the requirements.

Train users on the implemental modules (functional user training)

Develop high level project work plans

Preferable to have experience in Real Estate Domain.
