JOB GOAL: Profile of a Natick Educator
The Technician Intern reports directly to the Help Desk Manager and is responsible for assisting with the work of the Technology Help Desk.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation: No degree required
Specialized Knowledge and skills: - Some background with computers; we will train the right candidates

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Candidates must be flexible and collaborative
- Candidates must be able to multitask in a fast-paced, supportive environment

You will gain experience in some of the following areas: - MAC OSX, Apple iOS, Chrome devices

- AV: TV/DVD, Interactive WhiteBoards, Digital Cameras, Camcorders, Overhead, Carousel, Video & Computer Projection Systems.

The essential duties and responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:
- Help Deploy standard district wide images for all client platforms and manage deployment through automated workflow tools.
- Help perform repair and maintenance tasks of all hardware including computers, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment
- Assist with the operation of the Help Desk as needed.
