JOB SUMMARY

At the direction of the Supervisor of Equipment & Testing, support the needs of production and engineering's long term and short term goals. Coordinate, support and assists facilities maintenance personnel and managers with the setup of and maintenance with production and engineering Acceptance Test Producers (ATP) stations. Work with production test Engineers and supervisors to resolve issues with productions assembly and test stations in a timely manner.

REQUISITE SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Conceives, designs, builds, and maintains data acquisition systems, proficient computer skills.
  • Conceives, designs, builds, and maintains electronic test equipment
  • Conceives, designs, builds, and maintains pressurized and ultra-high-pressure test equipment.
  • Conceives, designs, builds, and maintains cryo-genic test equipment.
  • Maintains the inventory and storage of all related test and fixturing equipment.
  • Advanced skill (SME) in troubleshooting Industrial grade plumbing for high purity gases at ultra-high pressure.
  • Subject Matter Expert in advanced level troubleshooting techniques and diagnosis of test equipment. Uses analysis to make service and/or repair recommendations.
  • Expert in troubleshooting and the diagnosis of problems with high and ultra-high-pressure air compressors, ultra-high pressure N2 and helium compressors. Recommends solutions to management.
  • Expert in advanced levels of electronic troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
  • Other duties assigned as assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 year experience Direct Current circuitry design and control
  • 1 year experience single phase Alternating Current circuitry design and control

EQUIPIMENT/MACHINERY USED
  • Basic knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic and eletronic control systems and components.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Lifting up to 50lbs regularly, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, visual acuity.

EDUCATION:
  • Highschool or GED is required.
  • Associated Degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge in electronic troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair required.
  • Three (3) years on the job training and Field Certifications is desired.
