Technical Writer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create documentation that helps our users understand and make the most of our products.

Key Responsibilities
Research, write, and update high-quality technical documentation including user manuals, online help guides, API documentation, FAQs, and product release notes.

Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical information and ensure accuracy.

Organize and manage documentation structure to maintain consistency, usability, and accessibility.

Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and formatting standards.

Develop diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to support documentation when necessary.

Manage documentation lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, publishing, and maintaining updates.

Stay up-to-date with product changes, technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in a software or technology-focused environment.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them for a non-technical audience.

Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Git, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience writing API documentation using tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
