We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to develop and deliver high-impact training for a broad range of software applications and IT systems, including Salesforce-based enterprise solutions. This role will focus on designing curriculum and delivering role-based, scenario-driven instruction to both internal and external users across web-based platforms, instructor-led formats, and recorded sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver technical training programs (on-site and web-based).
- Develop E-learning materials, instructional videos, and user job-aids.
- Create instructor materials and maintain documentation for a wide range of software solutions.
- Facilitate training for desktop support processes and current IT-driven in-house or COTS solutions.
- Support GMS (Grants Management System) training on Salesforce-based platforms.
- Conduct audience analysis and adapt training based on user needs.
- Provide accessibility-aware instruction for users with assistive technology requirements.
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in training instruction or a related field.
- 8+ years in training methods and technologies.
- 8+ years in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Experience with LMS systems and authoring tools.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills (especially PowerPoint and Word).
- Experience delivering technical training (cloud-based systems preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- 4+ years of experience designing IT training.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or government software solutions is a plus.
