Join Leidos as a Technical Systems Architect for a cutting-edge development program focusing on Identity and Access Management (IdAM) and Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Services. In this role, you will lead the data governance process, providing essential structure and guidance during assessments as we integrate innovative technologies with our existing IT Services using a vendor-agnostic platform approach. Collaborate with various teams and application service providers to create optimized solutions that enhance our capabilities.
  • Document use case definitions and provide comprehensive guidance on data management, governance, and policies.
  • Conduct certification assessments for data repositories and IT services.
  • Model data and components of tailored information technology solutions.
  • Evaluate systems management and integration functions.
  • Offer Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions while addressing governance challenges and software deployments.
  • Assess data processing requirements and user needs, breaking them down into actionable system interfaces and integration modules.
  • Review system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations to identify best practices.
  • Recommend software products and solutions to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Integrate enterprise services for authentication, access control, auditing, monitoring, and security classification in mission applications.
  • Design and develop effective solutions for application issues, system administration challenges, and networking concerns.
  • Engineer strategies that leverage new technologies and process improvements.
  • Contribute to future technologies and architectural innovations.
  • Define, document, and plan architectural strategies.
  • Support enterprise integration initiatives.
  • Create and review architectural documentation that ensures project success.
  • Perform requirements analysis, development, and management to maintain project alignment.
  • Execute project management tasks and present findings to executive audiences.
  • Exhibit a self-starter initiative that produces tangible outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
  • MS degree with 15+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the interplay between applications, operating systems, hardware, and software.
  • Experience in total system design, encompassing networks.
  • AWS experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, including scripting for data ingestion and manipulation.
