Program Overview About The Role We are seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Professional for our client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Bethesda, MD. Successful candidates in this position will have the ability to communicate with executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project. The TSCM professional will establish an internal capability to assess and mitigate any technical/physical security concern related to personnel, facilities or information, to include technical support to CI and Insider Threat investigations. Primary Responsibilities: Security Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities. Tasks may include but are not limited to: Conduct physical/technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation.
Conduct Technical Surveillance Countermeasures inspections
Conduct TEMPEST surveys/assessments and recommend mitigations
Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements
Research and development of policy and instruction at Agency and ICD level
Evaluate and recommend medical device approval or mitigation strategy
Conduct radio frequency direction finding mission to identify unauthorized transmitting devices
Provide technical security SME input to designated IC working groups
Develop and dissemination of workforce education for CI and Sec
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
TSCM Certified with experience of TEMPEST assessments
Expert level of knowledge of Radio Frequencies, direction finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes
General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cyber security, digital forensic and IT infrastructure.
Minimum 5 year working with or in the IC.
Associates degree and 10+ years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience; OR Master's Degree and 6+ years of experience. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range Details Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
