- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Worksite Location: Eagan, MN
- Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
What you'll do as the Technical Support Technician: - Provide hands-on technical support for desktop hardware and peripheral equipment
- Test, verify, and analyze hardware to ensure compliance with specifications
- Support product development and implementation efforts across design, sales, marketing, and engineering teams
- Recommend and plan equipment layouts, modifications, and updates based on analysis
- Monitor equipment functionality and perform adjustments to maintain system performance
- Stay current with advancements in computer technology to ensure up-to-date technical support
What you'll bring to the Technical Support Technician role: - Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Basic knowledge of electronic equipment, computer hardware, software, and system configurations
- Familiarity with tools such as configuration management software, desktop communication tools, and operating systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to support users across departments
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Preferred: Spanish language skills
