Job Details

In this role, you will be working within a high volume ticketing support environment assisting distributors, dealers, and end users of our products. These include Telephone Entry Systems, and Gate Operator Systems for vehicle gates. Think storage facility entrances, gated residential home and apartment communities, parking structure entry/exit gates, etc You will troubleshoot a variety of electrical equipment related to vehicle gate operations and access control systems. Here's what what would make a great candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for telephone entry and gate operator systems
• Offer solutions for system malfunctions, installation issues, and general system inquiries
• Ensure excellent customer service and clear communication
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference
• Work closely with the technical team to resolve more complex problems

Qualifications:

• Background or experience in Telephone Entry Systems and Gate Operator Systems preferred
• Basic understanding of electronic, electrical, and/or mechanical systems
• Excellent communication and phone skills for effective customer support
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• This is not an IT/computer support position
