Job Overview:

The Client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist - Junior to support enterprise-level desktop, mobile, and endpoint management systems. This position focuses on hands-on support for Windows 11 environments, mobile devices (iOS, Android), and enterprise tools such as Intune, Tanium, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, Tier 3 support experience, and be capable of working 100% onsite in Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced Tier 3 support for Windows 11 desktop environments.
  • Manage and troubleshoot mobile devices (iOS, Android, Apple OS).
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM).
  • Utilize Tanium for endpoint monitoring, configuration, and compliance.
  • Support and maintain SharePoint platforms.
  • Document technical processes and produce clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Interact with executive-level users and resolve technical issues efficiently.
