Job Duties:
  • Diagnose and effectively resolve hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, both wired and wireless, to maintain smooth operations.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems, drivers, and essential software applications to keep systems current.
  • Perform hardware repairs and upgrades on laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners, including replacing hard drives, memory, and other components to enhance performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on hardware to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure quick access and availability for repairs.
