Pay Range:

$63,500.00 - $104,450.00

The responsibilities of Technical Support Scientist include addressing customer/internal product inquiries, resolution of product complaints and troubleshooting assay issues. The position is also responsible for handling customer phone calls and online chats in real time as well as providing remote training and one-on-one consultation for new customers.
