What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot hardware/software (Windows 10/11, ReadyMode, Five9, headsets, printers)
- Set up and manage user accounts, access, and passwords
- Maintain organized inventory of IT equipment
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
- Document solutions and train staff to prevent repeat issues
- Proactively replace or upgrade equipment as needed
What You Bring
- Experience in IT help desk or tech support
- Confidence troubleshooting Windows systems and office hardware
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
