What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software (Windows 10/11, ReadyMode, Five9, headsets, printers)
  • Set up and manage user accounts, access, and passwords
  • Maintain organized inventory of IT equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
  • Document solutions and train staff to prevent repeat issues
  • Proactively replace or upgrade equipment as needed

What You Bring

  • Experience in IT help desk or tech support
  • Confidence troubleshooting Windows systems and office hardware
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Details

Location: On-site in Myrtle Beach, SC (local applicants or daily commuters only)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM

Age Requirement: Must be 18+
