Technical Support Specialist

Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for one of our clients based out of La Grange, KY. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused technician to provide technical assistance in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of computing devices in a professional setting. In addition to desktop support responsibilities, the role may involve assisting with security systems, servers, and networking equipment.
This position requires interaction with a variety of personnel in a structured work setting. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment that includes individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications:

Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift and transport equipment or work in physically demanding positions for extended periods
Completion of mandatory training designed to enhance workplace adaptation and conduct in specialized environments
Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in desktop support, service desk operations, and troubleshooting
Experience in hardware deployment and customer service
Familiarity with application support and imaging processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
