We're Hiring: Technical Support Advocate Microsoft Consumer Products


Join our team as a Technical Support Advocate, where you'll be the frontline voice helping customers resolve issues with Microsoft software, hardware, and services. Your mission? Deliver fast, friendly, and effective support that keeps users happy and confident in their tech.


Location: Hyderabad

Mode: Work from office


What You'll Do:

  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, Surface devices, and more
  • Support via phone, chat, and email with clear, empathetic communication
  • Guide users through installations, updates, and self-service resources
  • Assist with account, billing, sign-in, and purchase support
  • Escalate complex issues, document cases, and ensure first-contact resolution when possible
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to knowledge sharing

What You Bring:

  • Experience in tech support or customer service (Microsoft product knowledge a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with device connectivity, software installs, and account troubleshooting
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/related field or equivalent experience
  • Bonus: Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 or Azure Fundamentals)
