The ideal candidate will be extremely computer savvy and be able to navigate through multiple systems with ease. Must have technical skills with outstanding customer service and be willing to learn. The right person will have a technical/mechanical background to help them catch on quickly as well as be able to take initiative and be a team player. Must be highly motivated and organized individual to add to our technical support/customer service team.

Daily Tasks:

  • Responsible for taking incoming calls
  • Assisting customers with general and technical inquires
  • Provide technical assistance on products and applications
  • Resolve service questions and complaints
  • Responsible for researching and developing new parts and product lines
  • Assisting in creating a customer driven environment
  • Assist other departments with special projects

Education and Experience Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service/Technical support
  • Mechanical/technical background preferred
  • College Degree highly preferred
  • Strong Professional communication skills
  • Self-Starter and highly motivated
  • Computer experience
  • Word, Excel, 50WPM Typing
