Job Title: L2 Tech Support - Site Migrations

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (100% onsite)

Job Summary:

Provide onsite L2 technical support including break/fix, reimaging, software installation, printer/network configuration, and user assistance. Manage tickets via ServiceNow/Remedy, support Windows 10/11, O365, Active Directory, and networking issues. Collaborate with vendors and L3 teams. Strong customer service and documentation skills required. ITIL and SLA experience preferred.
