About Our Search

Hord Coplan Macht is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This role will report to the Technical Support Manager and will be based in our Conshohocken, PA office, with occasional travel to our Lancaster office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to perform and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This person should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.

About The Position
  • Provides first level support for end-user IT requests
  • Provides end-user training for hardware and software as needed
  • Deploys workstations and installs software
  • Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems
  • Supports audio/visual equipment in conference rooms
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Works and collaborates with team members to maximize efficiencies
About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT support role
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows computers, mobile devices and A/V equipment
  • Knowledgeable about a variety of technology
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Familiarity with architectural and design software is a plus
