Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Onsite)
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)
Pay rate: $20-24/hr.
Shift: Standard 8-hour shift between 6:30 AM 6:30 PM (Flexibility for OT preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Technology Support Center team. This is an onsite role focused on providing excellent customer service with a strong technical support background. The ideal candidate will have experience resolving moderately complex technical issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues for internal customers.
- Respond to service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Citrix, VPN, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise technologies.
- Research and implement solutions to technical problems.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation as technology and business needs evolve.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of support tickets.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Citrix environments
Understanding of VPN connectivity and troubleshooting
