Answering phones and troubleshooting broken parts over the phone, training associates, great communication and telephone skills
Assist Tech one in professionally answering incoming calls.
Log call details on the ticket for follow-up.
Return assigned customer calls.
Assist in reviewing incoming emails.
Manage and follow-up all emails assigned to you.
Ensure emails are being addressed within the given timelines as set forth by your supervisor.
Process customer returns, provide RMA and repairs tracking,
Perform customer equipment testing as required.
Maintain a clean and efficient work space.
Work as a customer Liaison with office and production staff
Gain knowledge on NWA products.
.Graphic design software is a plus
-In-design, CAD software, Illustrator
