Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM (with flexibility for after-hours projects)

Overview: Adecco is hiring an
IT Support Specialist for a client in the Greater New Orleans area. This role provides technical support across multiple locations, assisting end-users with hardware, software, and networking issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals)
- Install and maintain OS, applications, and equipment
- Guide users through software use and common troubleshooting
- Create documentation and contribute to IT knowledge base
- Travel locally for on-site support
- Participate in after-hours project work as needed
Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Experience with cabling (testing, running, repairing)
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed
Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Google IT Support
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years using Google Suite
Pay Details: $25.67 per hour
