Provide technical assistance to other data processing personnel on problems dealing with operating systems, computers, utility programs, systems control parameter.
Hardware inventory management
Equipment imaging
DNS/DHCP
ctive Directory
Servers
Software installation
Rollout equipment
User migration
Hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware, Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft Office suite desktop applications, MS365 web applications, SCCM imaging technologies, communication skills.
Trouble shoot IT issues, including identification, documentation, distribution and resolution.
May assess if new products and services are followed and suggest enhancements to Senior Management.
