ScImage's enthusiastic team of application strategists, web designers, and tech gurus supports a true Cloud Based Enterprise Level PACS System. The PACS Technical Support Representative works with hospital IT and clinical end users to analyze and resolve complex workflow issues in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
Minimum Qualifications - Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Professional attitude and team player.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Windows-based PCs and Server expertise.
- Basic Networking troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Data base experience, especially MS Access.
- MS SQL Server experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must keep extensive written records of all customer interactions.
- Pleasant personality and friendly phone voice a must.
Skills required to be successful include - Tech savvy and interested in multiple facets of computer activities: gaming, programming, etc.
- A passion for utilizing agile practices to increase your knowledge base and build your skillset, with plenty of room for growth.
- Motivation to take on an opportunity that offers variety, innovation, and unique challenges.
- Stellar communication skills to facilitate interaction with customers and internal stakeholders for collaborative problem solving.
- Fluency with Windows OS is required, Microsoft SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with DICOM and HL7 is a double plus.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensures that responses to customer inquiries provide value.
- Maintains professional demeanor during all interactions with customers.
- Works effectively and efficiently to resolve customer issues or escalate to additional DevOps team members.
- Provides suggestions for improvement of departmental processes.
- Actively improves technical skills.
- Maintains appropriate databases and history files.
- Dispatches calls to field service organization.
- Participates in the analysis of product performance issues.
- Quality and professional delivery of answers provided to customers.
- Efficiency and effectiveness in handling individual customer inquiries.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Degree of proficiency in utilizing the dispatch application software.
- Level of customer satisfaction generated from individual interactions.
- Degree of observed behavior contributing to the improvement of team performance.
- Accuracy of data entered into support center applications and files.
- Effectiveness of efforts to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effectiveness at expediting urgent customer issues.
- Clear communication, both written and oral.
Requirements - Must be 18 years of age
- Must have GED or High School Diploma; Advanced Education is a plus.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Home Working Area Requirements - Quiet area with no distractions.
- Must be well lit without glare.
- Desk must be adequate, designed to safely accommodate the equipment (computer, keyboard, etc.).
- Comfortable chair with adequate back support.
- Must meet ergonomic requirements.
Technical Requirements: - High Speed Wired Internet connection; (No Wi-Fi only).
