About the Role: You will be responsible for the methodological aspects of outsourced manufacturing, including cost analysis, documentation, and technical support to suppliers. You will ensure compliance with company rules and methods, driving continuous improvement and resolving any potential non-conformities.
Key Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze information for the development of manufacturing specifications, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Establish product costings and enter them into the SAGE system.
- Create and update manufacturing nomenclatures and subcontracted manufacturing ranges.
- Manage technical data within the ERP system (items, tools, documents, ranges, nomenclatures, equivalences).
- Participate in manufacturing monitoring and provide technical support to suppliers.
- Implement and manage quality control documents and records, ensuring configuration management.
- Manage external technical relations with customers and suppliers.
- Handle "deviation requests" during manufacturing.
Job Requirements: - Knowledge of mechanical principles (sizing, dimensioning, geometric specification, subassembly, etc.).
- Proficiency in technical English (reading, understanding, and communication).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with SAGE software.
- Knowledge of market and market pricing.
- Understanding of supplier capabilities and performance.
- Knowledge of costing principles and cost estimation methods.
- Familiarity with quality and aeronautical standards (ISO 9001, EN 9100).
- Understanding of production tool profitability (labor, material price, manufacturing price).
- Knowledge of design and industrialization tools and methods (value analysis, FMECA).
- Knowledge of the characteristics of materials (mechanical properties, etc.).
- Knowledge of the methods of manufacturing, assembly, and development of mechanical systems.
