The Opportunity:

We're seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You'll provide exceptional technical support for our AI platform, collaborating closely with our engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our AI platform, collaborating with engineering teams as needed.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our support processes and contribute to implementing scalable solutions. We eat our own dog food and are heavily AI-driven in our support.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge bases to enhance support efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution. Remember: You are the frontlines of our interactions with customers, and can drive product development and decisions across the company.

What We're Looking For:


  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in Computer Science or related field, with customer-facing experience.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. While you do possess a CS background, you genuinely enjoy interacting with customers.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Remember: It's an AI startup, and we are obsessed with our work and mission (and expect you to be the same.)

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Full health coverage.

Location:

On-site in Needham, MA. This role is hands-on and collaborative, with daily in-person interactions with other team members. Working REMOTELY is NOT an option.
