Our client, a local managed service provider, is expanding their Support team. They've been a trusted presence in the Fort Worth/Dallas area, supporting a wide range of clients with their IT initiatives. Their customer base spans large enterprise organizations, oil and gas companies, as well as small to mid-sized businesses.

They are seeking a Support Engineer with a strong background in Windows-based technologies. This Tier 2 role involves user account setup, troubleshooting, provisioning equipment, and performing hardware/software installations. You'll work with technologies such as Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365/M365, and Exchange. As this is a client-facing role, excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.

This is a 3-6 month contract-to-hire opportunity. During the contract phase, the pay rate will range from $17-20/hr. Upon conversion, the full-time salary will be between $37-40K, with potential for a bonus. The role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, at their Fort Worth headquarters.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong Tier 1 support capabilities
  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft and Windows environments
  • Familiarity with:
    • Active Directory
    • Group Policy
    • Office 365 / Microsoft 365
    • Outlook
  • Experience providing remote desktop support
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts is a plus
The Offer
