What We're Looking For:
  • Strong multitasking abilities while efficiently navigating between different screens.
  • Comfort with fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent support during inbound customer service calls.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication via voice, chat, and email.
  • Efficiently use multiple systems and tools to assist customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.
