Join Our Team as a Desktop Support Analyst. Location: Plymouth, MN - ONSITE
Compensation: $21-23/hr
Essential Skills & Experience: - Two-year technical computer degree or certificate
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a Call Center/Service Desk role preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting various versions of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office (including Office 365 and Office 2016), Azure Active Directory, remote connectivity methods, and mobile devices (both iOS and Android)
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices
About the Role: Insight Global is in search of a skilled Desktop Support Analyst for our esteemed financial client located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. You will be providing top-notch first-level support via phone and email to both on-site and remote users. The environment consists of a mixed Active Directory and Azure Active Directory setup, primarily using Microsoft Windows-based systems alongside iOS and Android devices.
As a Desktop Support Analyst, your role will involve:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by effectively identifying and resolving issues
- Assisting end-users who contact the Help Desk, ensuring clear communication and precise troubleshooting
