Good afternoon.

Northern Trust Bank (NT) seeks to hire a Technical Support Analyst.

This requires living and working onsite downtown Chicago, IL in hybrid, 3 days per week onsite. This is open to H1b/sub vendor at the vendor rate of $58/hr or less. The resource is preferred to already live local but the req is open to relocation to be living local before the start date and remain living to work onsite in hybrid.

Please DO NOT SEND ANY CANDIDATES that can't live local (relocation is ok) / nor can't go onsite 3 days per week.

Able to script - look to automate-

Know ITIL incident problem and change mgmt. able to analyze data to identify root cause

Basic Networking skills, cloud basic

Dynatrace or monitoring tools required

Security Apps like CyberArk, Otka, or security certificate a big plus
