Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Technical Specialist IV- Microsoft 0365 Administrator, with a focus on email support. The candidate will need to have an in-depth knowledge of all things related to Emal. This role will require a proactive individual to take ownership of TAB/TGCS email system. The role will also support all Office 365 administration, such as Share Point, Teams, and Azure AD, Power Shell is a must.

This is a flex/contract role three to six months with possibility to convert to full time.

Areas of Expertise & Special Skills:
  • Proven experience working with a large enterprise distributed email environment.
  • Strong understanding of architecting, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Azure Exchange platform and email troubleshooting.
  • Ability to script in PowerShell required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a national and global team required.
  • Strong understanding email routing and security, use of MX, DKiM Dmarc records.
  • Experience in Active Directory
  • Experience in SharePoint Teams and Azure Identity.
  • Will be required to work non-email related IT Projects
  • MCSE, MCSA certification a plus.
  • Must be available after hours and on call as needed.
Responsibility:
  • Design, architect, and support a global email system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mail routing and delivery issues
  • Work with stakeholders and other technical teams to collect business and technical requirements and design / deliver enterprise level solutions
  • Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations; coordinate day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate and communicates with support personnel with internal departments and vendor partners.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
