TITLE: Technical Specialist
REPORTS TO: Technical Supervisor
SUMMARY:
Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting related IID hardware and software. Follow technical processes
to Calibrate, Quality Control, and Troubleshoot product in a process driven environment. Resolve technical
issues through electronic medium such as email or phone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following - other duties may be assigned:
• Configure related equipment.
• Follow process documentation.
• Identify, resolve, and advise on operational issues.
• Work with custom computer applications and software.
• Document events using software tools.
• Analyze equipment with the help of diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Resolve recurrent problems and difficulties.
• Coordinate equipment replacement.
• Identify technical issues and resolve the problems via phone, email or any other electronic medium.
• Understand and agree to abide by the policies and procedures established by Low Cost Interlock.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and caring atmosphere for clients and associates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.
Maintain the integrity, security, and confidentiality of pertinent information and records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient in using computer applications such as web browsers, word processing, e-mail, etc.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and respond promptly.
• Good communication and organization skills are essential.
• Should be able to analyze and interpret technical procedures and process documentation.
• Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented.

Overtime is required occasionally, and regular interruptions require flexibility and a willingness to modify plans
and behavior.
