What You'll Do
  • Be the Bridge: Engage with enterprise and integrator clients through the entire lifecycle-from technical pre-sales and demos to onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Tailor the Message: Partner closely with marketing to refine product messaging and position solutions effectively for different market verticals.
  • Shape the Product: Work with engineering and product teams to relay customer insights and help guide the product roadmap.
  • Drive Enablement: Lead live technical presentations, system walkthroughs, and trials. Serve as a subject matter expert at events and partner calls.
  • Expand Reach: Identify strategic outreach opportunities and contribute to growing brand awareness through thought leadership and solution-oriented discussions.
Your Background
  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years working in enterprise wireless technologies-particularly Wi-Fi, CBRS, private LTE, or indoor DAS.
  • Customer-Centric: Proven success in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or post-sales support role in a SaaS or software-driven environment.
  • Vendor Perspective: Experience with or strong understanding of the supplier/vendor ecosystem (e.g., wireless hardware or software companies).
  • Startup DNA: You've thrived in dynamic, fast-paced teams where adaptability, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration are key.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong grasp of network design tools, wireless protocols, and how software supports real-world network deployments.
  • Credibility: Well-known or respected in the wireless community is a huge plus-whether through events, forums, or content contributions.
