We are seeking a dedicated Technical Software Support Specialist to provide exceptional support for NSI equipment at both customer sites and remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Perform operator training on software applications, system use, troubleshooting and basic repair of state-of-the-art industrial computed tomography and radiography systems.
- Provide world class customer facing technical software support in a professional manner via phone, email, or remote support media
- Collaborate with internal teams for training and problem resolution.
- Document reproduction scenarios for software issues and assist developers in resolving and validating fixes.
- Provide networking support for NSI equipment and PC hardware.
- Keep customers informed about issue status and available fixes.
- Train operators on x-ray imaging systems, including software applications, operational theory, and basic maintenance.
- Assist with system component installation and software license management.
- Perform warranty, paid service, and service contract activities.
- Provide advanced training on NSI software modules.
- Assist in completing technical manuals and creating training videos.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding service and support requests.
- Assist manufacturing with system integration and factory acceptance tests.
- Develop scanning techniques with application engineers for customer-specific applications.
- Work with the service coordinator on scheduling and billing.
- Perform computer troubleshooting.
Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
- Experience in delivering hands-on training in small groups.
- Experience resolving technical issues in sensitive environments.
- Experience working with all organizational levels.
- Networking and PC hardware experience.
- Specialized training or associate's degree.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience servicing technical equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe programs.
- Background in networking and PC hardware.
- Travel up to 25% may be required.
- Valid driver's license.

Compensation Information: The pay range for this position is $26 - $34 an hour based on education and experience.
