Candidate sought to provide onsite advisory support. The successful candidate will have strong DoD and IC relationships to support engagements and program management functions including coordination, scheduling, writing, and updating program documentation, and engaging with stakeholders for experimentation and operational transition. Desired capabilities and characteristics:

• Background or technical skills in aerospace engineering

• M.S. in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience

• Experience working at the Top Secret, SCI, and SAP levels

• Greater than 3 years of experience with test and evaluation at Govt test ranges at the SCI/SAP level

• Expertise in test and evaluation for systems/systems of systems, with specific focus in air and space domains

• Technical knowledge of modern RF technologies associated with communications, remote sensing, and electronic warfare

• Organized and able to effectively communicate, coordinate, and navigate DARPA, DoD, and IC processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication skills - both written (to include PowerPoint) and oral

• Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests

• Flexible and readily adaptable to change. Responsibilities to include:

• Engagement and follow up with stakeholders and test partners

• Manage program scheduling, including periodic internal meetings, performer meetings

• Track and communicate internal and external action items to ensure timely completion

• Presentation and program report preparation

• Support source selection and proposal evaluation activities

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across the various DoD agencies and services

• Coordinate interagency engagements, including DoD, Service Labs, and FFRDCs
