Reports To: Director, Technical Services

Position Overview: Match product performance claims with supporting documentation. Check supporting documentation for completeness and organize in computer folders and subfolders. Identify gaps and work with Director Technical Services to organize any additional testing or documentation to close gap.
Essential Job Functions: - Gain a basic understanding of product performance specifications and the testing documentation required to support product claims
- Inventory supporting documentation by raw material and finished product
- Correct errors in documentation naming to make naming consistent across all reports
- Identify gaps in documentation by product and raw material
- Identify steps to address gaps in documentation by working with Director Technical Services
- Organize supporting documentation in electronic folders and sub folders
- Work with other departments as needed to execute duties
- Other duties as assigned
Non-Essential Job Functions: - Complete test application forms
- Organize samples for testing
- Ship samples to test lab
- Other duties as assigned
Training: Microsoft applications including Excel and SharePoint. Helpful if familiar with ERP and data management software.
Qualifications: - Education & Certifications: Prefer undergraduate in textiles, science or business/merchandising

- Ability to work and execute within deadlines
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Highly self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop new and existing skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong skills in organization, prioritization, time management and project management
Physical Requirements: Long periods of sitting or standing at an individual workstation or desk; heavy computer work; light to moderate lifting of fabric rolls/boxes, travel estimate less than 10%
Working Conditions: Temperature-regulated office environment.
