We can ONLY consider your application if you have: 1: Technical knowledge of the reimaging process for efficiency 2: Excellent communications 3: Leadership in enforcing schedules We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to be responsible for managing the migration of users to standardized corporate laptops, ensuring efficient handling of all logistical and communication tasks. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain accurate status reports of user migrations and missed migrations. Act as the primary contact for change leads assigned to groups of 50-60 users. Escalate missed migration appointments to change champions within the Executive Oversee the compilation of documents and functional requirements for the project team. Deliver active user lists and schedules to the project team. Engage with change leads to ensure accountability and support for non-compliant users. Report bi-weekly on successful migration numbers and lessons learned. Aim to migrate at least 100 users every two weeks following an initial pilot of 40 users Ensure the team is occupied at least 80% of the scheduled transition time. Achieving a continuous reduction in missed appointments. Exceptional communication and soft skills. Leadership in enforcing schedules and navigating obstacles.
