We are currently in search of an "TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST" to join our Wind team, reporting to the Director of Wind USA. Supporting wind farm managers with the supply of small and large component, logistic and stock management solutions to ensure the optimal operation of their assets.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate technical customer inquiries with internal departments.
- Initiate and manage cooperation with strategic partners across the region to increase the share of products in the target markets.
- Support the sales team in the active sale of spare parts.
- Support the sales department in maintaining regular customer contact, visits, and customer price lists.
- Process customer inquiries, including order processing, in collaboration with other specialist departments.
- Document customer requirements.
- Prepare, administer, and technically process bids as part of bid management.
- Co-design and further develop the product portfolio in collaboration with technology/engineering.
- Conduct and document market and competition analysis (need for technical solutions/retrofits, market trends, competitive situations, etc.).
- Participate in the creation of master price lists and technical advertisements.
Requirements:
- Experience : Wind sales and customer service. Must have a profound knowledge and deep understanding of wind turbine spare parts.
- Education : Technical knowledge of renewable/electrical energy systems and installations.
- Technical Skills : MS Office, customer databases, and SAP system. Proficient in understanding and applying written procedures, safety rules, and manuals. Skilled in resolving routine issues with defined parameters.
- Competencies : Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to environmental sustainability. Initiative-taking with a results-driven approach. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability.

- Flexible schedule : 10 hour shift. 8 hour shift. Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed.
- Competitive salary : $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
