We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to promote and sell our technical products and services to new and existing clients. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our technical team and customers, providing product demonstrations, explaining complex features, and tailoring solutions to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's technical products, services, and solutions
Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and outreach
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, both virtually and in person
Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their needs
Prepare proposals, quotes, and technical documentation to support the sales process
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and technological developments
Accurately track sales activities and client information in the CRM system
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or a related role
Strong understanding of technical products, such as software, hardware, or industrial equipment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Work Environment:
Full-time; remote, hybrid, or in-office depending on company policy
May require regional or national travel
Fast-paced, results-driven sales environment
