We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Technical Sales Representative to join a growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized technology solutions to meet client needs
Responsibilities
- Identifies and develops new business leads within the Quad Cities region
- Manages the full sales process from prospecting to closing
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborates with internal technical staff to design and propose tailored IT solutions
- Understands and clearly communicates Twin State's service offerings
- Tracks sales activity using CRM software and reports progress to leadership
- Attends networking events and engages in community outreach to promote the brand
- Meets or exceeds sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (preferably in IT or technical services)
- Familiarity with managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Experience using CRM platforms and basic office technology
