We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Technical Sales Representative to join a growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized technology solutions to meet client needs


Responsibilities

  • Identifies and develops new business leads within the Quad Cities region
  • Manages the full sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Builds and maintains long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborates with internal technical staff to design and propose tailored IT solutions
  • Understands and clearly communicates Twin State's service offerings
  • Tracks sales activity using CRM software and reports progress to leadership
  • Attends networking events and engages in community outreach to promote the brand
  • Meets or exceeds sales targets and key performance indicators

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (preferably in IT or technical services)
  • Familiarity with managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience using CRM platforms and basic office technology
