Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and creative professional to join our client's team as a Technical Sales Representative. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to recommend products, develop custom packaging solutions, and support the sales process from prospecting to implementation.

What You'll Do:
•   Serve as the primary contact for product questions, pricing, and sample requests
•   Prospect for new customers and follow up on leads
•   Design and develop packaging solutions that meet customer needs
•   Collaborate with account managers on technical designs and presentations
•   Maintain and update customer information in Salesforce
•   Support forecasting and budgeting efforts for your assigned territory
•   Assist in identifying process improvements and communicate opportunities for efficiency Qualifications:
•   The Technical Sales Representative must hold a packaging related bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years of packaging related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•   Knowledge of various packaging styles and design methods
•   Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
•   Comfortable reading and creating CAD drawings
•   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•   Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Working Conditions:
•   Office-based role with occasional visits to the production floor
•   Moderate noise level
•   Minimal travel required, up to 5 percent Physical Requirements:
•   Must be able to sit, use hands, reach, and communicate effectively
•   Occasionally required to stand and walk
