Are you a Sales Engineer or Sales Manager looking to earn uncapped commission? Are you looking to manage and grow a highly skilled sales team?
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn uncapped commission with an OTE of $150k in year 1 and closing in on $200k in year 2.
The company is a leading manufacturer with customers in the military, medical, biotech and clean tech industries. This will be an amazing opportunity for someone who wants uncapped commission, industry training and future progression.
The role would suit a BDM from an engineering or manufacturing background.
The role:
- Bringing in new business through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, tradeshows
- Hybrid work schedule with 2/3 days in the office
- Uncapped commission
The Candidate:
- Experience bringing in new customers
- Experience working in an engineering or manufacturing company (some engineering or technical understanding will be needed) or an engineering degree
- Ideally have experience in military, medical, biotech, clean tech, electronic industries
