What You'll Do (a.k.a. How You'll Flex Those Engineering Muscles):

You'll be the technical Swiss Army knife for our precision tooling and specialty manufacturing operations-bridging the gap between cutting-edge ideas and practical solutions. One moment you're analyzing sample evaluations, the next you're translating CAD drawings into custom quotes that wow customers. Expect to lead feasibility studies, answer brainy sales questions, and make magic happen with cross-functional teams. And yes, you might even find yourself packing for a trade show now and then (don't worry-we make great swag).

  • Respond to direct inquiries and qualify leads like a pro.
  • Collaborate with Sales to turn prospects into happy customers.
  • Own the quote process-from feasibility to final pricing.
  • Decode drawings, estimate cycle times, and create prototype samples.
  • Deliver clear, confident technical support to both customers and internal teams.
  • Lead sampling studies and present findings like a TED Talker (minus the stage fright).
  • Coordinate across engineering, production, and customer care to keep projects on track.
  • Be the escalation point for quote follow-ups (because you're just that good).
  • Tackle trade show prep and onsite support like a logistical ninja.
  • Pursue assigned sales leads with persistence and precision.

What You Bring (Besides a Sharp Pencil and a Can-Do Attitude):

  • You speak fluent "engineer" but can also explain things to mere mortals.
  • You know your way around CAD files, precision tools, and complex customer requests.
  • You think two steps ahead-feasibility, manufacturability, and delivery time are always on your radar.
  • You're just as comfortable running technical evaluations as you are jumping into a sales huddle.
  • You're curious, communicative, and driven to solve problems before anyone else even spots them.

Preferred Skills (a.k.a. Your Secret Weapons):

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or manufacturing
  • Strong CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro-E, Inventor-you know the drill)
  • CRM superuser (Salesforce preferred)
  • Precision measurement pro
  • Master communicator, both written and verbal
  • Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings (and loving it)
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
