Technical Sales and Business Development Specialist

Location: Texas (Preferably Houston or Midland)

What You'll Do:
  • Sell TenEx's chemical products throughout the USA.
  • Engage in prospecting through direct outreach to potential customers and actively pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  • Conduct regular site visits to present sales proposals and foster strong client relationships.
  • Maintain an organized customer database in Pipedrive, ensuring all marketing efforts, leads, meetings, and proposals are tracked effectively.
  • Represent TenEx at technical shows and marketing events to showcase our innovative products and services.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to refine strategies and share progress.
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly sales forecasts.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our products and gathering client insights.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to enhance and tailor company offerings for our clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong skills in prospecting and closing deals.
  • Analytical problem solver with excellent mathematical skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant Oil & Gas markets.
  • Proven capabilities in delivering compelling presentations to clients.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to achieve sales targets.
  • A collaborative team player with self-motivation and flexibility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
