Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Sales Account Manager located in Elyria, OH, with some work from home acceptable when not traveling to the site or for customers. The Technical Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales accounts, cultivating customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include providing technical support, developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the technical and operations team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Foundry Sales experience preferred
- Must have at least 5 years manufacturing experience
- Strong sales and account management skills
- Technical background and understanding of castings and iron foundry sand casting operations
- Experience in customer relationship management and business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Up to 75% domestic travel required
